Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Corona attended California College of the Arts after his four year service in the Marine Corps. Here he earned a BFA in Painting and Drawing, and currently works as Facilities Coordinator at Root Division, an SF based arts nonprofit.

His art work is inspired by graffiti and comic book aesthetics, and has been exhibited in several galleries in San Francisco. His practice is focused on making the creative process as accessible as possible.
